How it began: when my husband, Jim, was ill with pancreatic cancer, my close friend of forty years, Christine Linson, and her husband walked every step of that difficult six month journey with us. Christine, who is an artist with her own gallery, had difficulty finding appropriate cards to send. Out of her frustration and empathy, she began to design her own cards for us and soon realized that they could also be useful to others who are experiencing a crisis in their lives.
Crisis Cards have an original watercolor background with a verse that says just enough to convey a message of comfort. The inside is blank so the sender can write a personal note tailoring their comments to the specific situation.
Crisis Cards is a not for profit endeavor!
100% of the net proceeds are donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network for research.
